Partners from ECODISTR-ICT attended the past Sustainable Places 2014 conference (SP2014) in Nice, on October 1-3.

This second edition was organized by the RESILIENT and PERFORMER projects. It focused on energy efficiency at building, neighbourhood, district and city levels. It covered research and innovation projects and initiatives across the construction value chain.

This open research forum proved to be a key opportunity for delegates to access up-to-date information, assess outcomes from the most advanced research and innovation projects, discuss possible synergies, and envision possible standards evolution.

120 delegates, coming from Europe and other regions of the world attended the event.

On behalf of the ECODISTR-ICT partnership, Esra Bektas (TNO) has presented the ‘Use of KPIs in an Integrated Decision Support System for energy efficient retrofitting’ as part of the EC DG CONNECT 2nd workshop on EeB KPIs. Her presentation is available here.
